Fitness Bootcamp Sessions

This 1-hour fitness session will be an outdoor bootcamp. All outside bootcamps are child/buggy friendly.

One to One

Using a combination of aerobic activity, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and high intensity interval training (HIIT), the one to one sessions can help you get one step closer to your aspirations and desired results in a personalised manner.

Group Sessions

Maybe you want to train alongside friends or within a group? You can undertake group sessions outside. With the motivation and encouragement of peers, it creates a more sociable and enjoyable fitness experience while making progress within your fitness and wellbeing journey.
