The primary focus is to establish a long term positive effect on your health and lifestyle.

Fitness Bootcamp Sessions are held in order to improve your wellbeing and overall fitness. Beginners are encouraged to join as I aim to work with an older generation who need encouragement and sessions which will accommodate their capabilities.
